Francisco Pérez

Francisco Pérez’s professional path began in his hometown of Málaga, Spain, where he completed his Law degree. His commitment to continuous learning led him to acquire additional, postgraduate expertise in occupational safety, digital law, and data privacy.

Francisco’s career in the finance sector started in 2002 with Banco Atlántico. Two years later, he transitioned to Bancaja, which eventually became part of the larger Bankia and then Caixabank. In these roles, he showcased his versatility, handling responsibilities that ranged from customer advisory to managing bank branches, predominantly in the Costa del Sol area.

In 2015, Francisco took up a significant position in the risk department at Bankia in Madrid. However, after a year, he felt the pull to return to Málaga and embarked on an entrepreneurial venture in the finance industry.

Parallel to this, Francisco embarked on a career in law, advising international clients on various legal issues. His journey also led him to UCI Banco, where he specialised in mortgage advisory. It was here that he formed a connection with Fluent Finance Abroad. This partnership was a defining moment, and in June 2023, he decided to join the Fluent Finance Abroad team, bringing with him a wealth of experience in both law and finance.
