Agreement in Principle (AIP) Service

Fluent Finance Abroad offer an official Agreement in Principle service where we are able to secure a formal written mortgage offer for you subject to a satisfactory bank survey, detailing all of the terms and conditions you are signing up to, before you start looking for a property. This can be secured whilst you’re in your home country, so once you arrive in Spain you are essentially in the same position as a cash buyer.

You can then make an offer on a property knowing that the funds are in place to go ahead with your purchase much more quickly and easily. This also puts you in a much stronger and more favourable position with a vendor, as they know your finance is already approved, so the transaction should run smoothly and stress-free – and complete in the shortest time possible.

This official AIP can be used if you wish to purchase a resale property or if you are considering purchasing an off-plan unit.
